- All items are sent 1st class royal mail delivery. An order will be dispatched within 5 working days once all items are in stock. P&P costs are £4.95 per order unless a larger item is added then the cost will be £6.95.
- Privacy & Security
- To ensure our customers the best in security we ensure any sensitive data is transferred over a secure connection using an ssl certificate, when you are logging in or entering your details you should notice the "https://" at the beginning of the web address and a padlock displayed on your browser.
- We do not store or process any payment details on our server, all payments are dealt with using Paypal to ensure your complete safety. Paypal is a free to use service and you don't even need to have a Paypal account to use it.
- Returns & Replacements
- We are happy to return any unused, unsoiled, undamaged item within 28 days from the product being dispatched. You will need to send the product back to us and we will give you a full refund on the product price. P&P prices are not refundable.

- Ordering
- Once you have checked you have the correct items and quantities in your cart click the 'Checkout' button which can be found in the menu under the search bar or on the right hand menu. You will then have the chance to login if you are registered or setup an account. Then follow the instructions provided.

- Viewing Orders
- To view an order you have made please login using the 'Login' button below the search bar. Once you are logged in you can click on the 'My Orders' link which is placed in the left hand menu. This will then show you your orders.
- Updating Account Information
- To update your account information you will need to login using the 'Login' button below the search bar. Your 'My Account' page will then allow you to change your contact information, billing and delivery address and your password.
